Exterior signage for South Adelaide Christadelphian Church

The Brief

South Adelaide Christadelphian Church reprsentatives approached LAAD in the first instance look into options for exterior signage on thier church located inPlympton. The signage would have to be appropriate for a suburban area, not be illumiated but stand out as much as possible. The sign needed to include a panel that could be removed/changed to advertise the many events held at the church over the course of a year. We discussed the different materials and construction methods available, provided location options and assisted with council approval.

Services

We provided a suite of signage shape designs for initial review. Once the shape was locked in, we created a variety design concepts for the signage providing options for an icon for the church and differenet colour combinations. Once the final designs were locked in we coordinated the production, manufacture and installation of the signage which was provided by expert signwriter, Luke Hinton from DC Signs.

Materials used the production of the signage included:

• Powder coated 75mm support posts
• Square tube frame clad with aluminuim composite both sides
• Full colour digitally printed and laminated graphics
